    Missing sidewalk. Chase Lane is a private driveway. All other private driveways on Chase Street have a sidewalk across them. This is missing sidewalk and is loose stone, dirt, potholes and puddles. Please add sidewalk here so all people walking have safe conditions.

    Bollards were installed for traffic calming. People driving vehicles ran them all over. Bollards have been laying there since Fall 2022. Please reinstall or consider cement planters that can't just be driven over. The point is to slow and narrow travel lane to make it safer for people walking. It was helpful when actually installed and not laying in the greenbelt.

    After 1.5 months of no sidewalk panel it was finally replaced. Contractor put snow in the bike lane which has frozen into ice. Inadequate detour just had arrow to walk on Colchester Ave.

    The signals on Colchester Ave at Mansfield Ave and Colchester Ave at the hospital entrance go to blinking yellow for Colchester Ave and blinking red for the two side roads. Per a discussion with DPW through the walk bike council the signals should be reprogrammed to allow for green on Colchester Ave and red on the side roads that is triggered by sensors/crosswalk button to give the appropriate right of way to vehicles using the sideroad and pedestrians using any of the crosswalks.

    Street signs were stolen from in front of Greenmount Cemetery recently. The signs have since been replaced. Stolen signs found dumped down on footpath between Trinity Campus and Salmon Run development. Located closer to McCauley Hall. Please recover so they can be used again and save money.

    Sidewalk torn up on 12/21/22. As of 01/02/23 still not fixed. Major pedestrian corridor. No signage about huge drop. Forces people with walkers, strollers or biking with a trailer unsafely into the street - see pictures. When will be this fixed? Please address this issue as I use this sidewalk multiple times a day as do many other people who live in the neighborhood or pass through.

    At least a dozen sections of broken fence along the 127 multiuse path from where vehicles left the roadway and impacted the fence. Please repair the broken sections of fence and consider adding guardrail to the roadway to prevent vehicles from ending up on the multiuse path.
